Good to know

Don't see your question? Ask it in the inquiry form.

Which package is right for us?

A good rule of thumb is about two pints per guest over a 4 hour event. That puts The Joyride at around 60 guests, The Road Trip at around 120 and The Grand Tour at around 180. Not sure? Send us your guest count and we'll recommend one.

Is the beer really included?

Yes. The pints in your package are part of the price. If your crowd is thirstier than planned, ask your server about adding more on the day.

Can we pick the beers?

Yes. Choose any four from our current lineup. The lineup rotates with the seasons, so we'll confirm your picks about two weeks before your event.

How much space does the bus need?

A flat, firm spot about 30 feet long and 15 feet wide, with room to open the tap side toward your guests and a clear path to drive in. Pavement, gravel and dry grass all work. We'll check the spot with you or your venue before the day.

Do you need power or water?

No water hookup is needed. A standard outdoor outlet within 50 feet is helpful. If there isn't one, let us know and we'll plan around it.

How far ahead should we book?

Weekends from May through October go fast, so reach out two to three months ahead if you can. A 50% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due a week before your event.

What if it rains?

A little rain won't stop us. We bring shade and cover for the bar. If the weather turns severe, we'll work with you to move or reschedule your date.

Do you check IDs?

Always. Our servers check ID and won't serve anyone under 21 or anyone who appears intoxicated.

Do you handle permits and insurance?

We handle our own licensing and bring trained servers. Some venues have their own rules for outside vendors, so check with yours early. We're happy to send a certificate of insurance if they ask for one.

Is there a travel fee?

Travel anywhere in Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties is included. For events just outside those counties, ask us for a quote.
