NEW BAVARIA SERIES
Bruja Majik Verano Alt
In the nose you will find aromas of chocolate and smoke. The flavor is slightly bready with dark malt flavor that blends well with the overall balanced hoppiness. A healthy portion of dark wheat malt provides lacey foam and adds roasted flavor to make this Bavarian Altbier with Sonoma Style.
NomaWeiss Wheat Wine (Hefe)
Our Weissbier is on the lighter side of Bavarian-style Wheat beers. Toasted notes from imported Munich malt are complemented by a healthy dose of domestic wheat malt from Kansas. An old world technique called open top fermentation allows the yeast to freely rise, creating many subtle flavors such as clove and vanilla for spice and fruit flavors like banana, plum and/or lychee.
This Weissbier contains rye from the Bamberg region of Germany and is a revival of an Old World Bavarian-style. The unique yeast used in this brew creates spicy clove-like flavors and fruit notes that are sure to delight your pallet. Residual sugar often adds caramel-like notes which are balanced with Hallertauer hop varieties to provide an earthy background for such a complex brew.
Divine Harvest Dunkelweissbier (Seasonal)
Our Oktoberfest beer is a dark wheat ale, layered with spice and fruit flavor derived wholly from the yeast. A large portion of toasted barley from Munich provides a malt backbone, while chocolate wheat adds a hint of chocolate aroma and flavor. You may also notice clove and/or peppercorn like spice in the nose with toasted banana notes on the pallet.
