Sonoma Springs Kolsch
The Kölsch style beer is light and dry, perfect for hot summer days. Our unique yeast produces dried fruit flavors of apricot. Malted barley sourced from the only commercial maltster in the Köln along with fresh wheat permeates the nose, enhancing the overall body of this refreshing brew.
Lil Chief Strong Pale Ale
Our version of a California-style Strong Pale ale is full of fresh lupulin, the bittering component in hops. The malt character has Belgian caramel sweetness and blends well with the citrus-like hop finish. We used Chinook, Cascade, Crystal in this brew and dry-hopped it with three hop varieties including one of our favorites, Amarillo.
This brew is an interpretation of a new and emerging style from the Great Northwest. A style that is hopped and blackened to boot! A hint of coffee, molasses, roast barley, and even burnt hop spice. A brew sure to grab your attention! Similar to a Dry Irish Stout with extra fresh hop character…or like an IPA with different roots…you be the judge.
